Hi, I’m Ally!
I’ve loved weddings pretty much my whole life. It all started with The Wedding Planner, Father of the Bride, or Bride Wars, you know, the classics. Later in life I was a bridesmaid, a LOT, and I realized how important the role of a Wedding Planner was. I had always wanted to do event planning as a career but never realized weddings were an option. I started helping a friend who was doing this and I quickly realized how naturally it all came to me. There is so much joy in getting to be a part of one of the biggest days in someone’s life, and gosh I loved it! I figured why not do it for a living! With a lot of passion, a little bit of courage, and a whole lot of prayer, Occasions by Ally was born.
I got married in 2025, so I’m not only looking at weddings through a planner’s perspective, I was just where you are too. I know what it feels like to make all the decisions, dream about the details, and count down to your own wedding day.
When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll probably find me working on making our house feel like home with my husband, Zach, snuggling my sweet pup, Gracie, or dreaming up our next adventure. I love traveling, discovering new places, and spending as much time outside as possible.
I love bright colors! Summer is my favorite season because it means all of the outdoor activities and sunshine. Christ is at the center of my life and I try my best to run my business in a way that glorifies Him.

Our Process
1. Ready to start planning? Let’s do this! Fill out our quick inquiry form and we’ll send over all the details, along with a link to schedule your virtual consultation.
2. After our consultation we will send over a contract. Sign the contract, pay deposit and then the fun begins!!
3. Once you’re booked, no matter what package you chose you can jump right into scheduling your first planning meeting. From there, we’ll connect according to your package and make sure you have the support you need along the way.
4. Then comes your wedding day!! Your only job on wedding day? Enjoy it. We’ll handle the details, keep things moving, and make sure you can soak in every moment.

As an experienced wedding coordinator, I support couples at every stage of the wedding planning process. I’ll help you navigate the details, build a seamless wedding day timeline, and make sure nothing is overlooked.
